Helstrom: Hulu Releases First 10 Minutes of Series

A week ahead of release, the cast and crew of Helstrom hit up MetaVerse to unveil the first 10 minutes of the show’s premiere episode. In it, you can see the spooky nature of the series from the get-go as a brutal murder happens at the asylum where Victoria Helstrom (Elizabeth Marvel) is being held. This leads straight into the introduction of Daimon and Gabriella as they work a potential possession case nearby. You can see the clip in its entirety at the beginning of MetaVerse panel above. As apparent in the teaser, Helstrom is very much rooted in horror and, at one point, was set to launch Marvel Television’s “Adventure into Fear.” The plans were uprooted when Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios assumed control of Marvel Television, a move that eventually ousted Jeph Loeb.

Amazon’s Invincible: Official First-Look Trailer for Adult Animated Series Revealed

At NYCC 2020, Amazon Prime Video has released the official teaser trailer for its upcoming adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s successful comic book series, Invincible, which will make its debut on the streamer in 2021.
Here’s how Amazon describes the series: “Invincible is an adult animated superhero show that revolves around seventeen-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun), who’s just like every other guy his age — except that his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons). But as Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers that his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.”

Benedict Cumberbatch Joins ‘Spider-Man 3’ as Doctor Strange

The move puts Cumberbatch in the mentor role that was previously occupied by Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark and Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury. The good and strange doctor has been caught in the spider’s web. Benedict Cumberbatch is putting on the cloak of levitation and will reprise Marvel supernatural hero Doctor Strange for the latest Spider-Man movie installment, starring Tom Holland and being made by Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures.
