Could concerts and festivals return full-force next summer? Live Nation’s CEO says yes.
In a new memo, Michael Rapino predicts a “robust outdoor summer season in 2021”. He details how 86% of concert-goers actually held on to tickets for rescheduled tour dates, rather than getting a refund.

Also, 19 million tickets have already been sold for concerts and festivals in 2021. Rapino said he doesn’t expect crowd sizes to be cut, instead live events will return “at scale”.
