Looking to get away in the new year but don’t want to spend a lot of money? You can pull that off with a little planning. According to Scott’s Cheap Flights, ticket price predictions for 2020 show it’s a good time to travel internationally, noting, “Places that were previously unaffordable are now possible, thanks to the proliferation of cheap flights.” Travel + Leisure has put together a list of 20 destinations where the airline portion of the trip won’t break the bank, including, Buenos Aires, Nairobi, Japan, Hawaii and Alaska, Thailand, Casablanca, and São Paulo. The magazine notes, “Knowing how early to book and when to travel is crucial” in scoring these deals.
