Actor Ben Affleck is entering rehab for the third time to seek treatment for alcohol addiction. The decision came after his ex-wife Jennifer Garner was seen at his home upset and shaking. When she came back, Garner, an unidentified woman, and Affleck were photographed in the car together leaving his home. “He is seeking treatment,” a source said. “He knew he needed help and was vocal about it.” The trip back to rehab comes days after Affleck was pictured receiving an alcohol delivery outside his home.
