Despite warnings from the CDC and other officials, Americans flocked to airports over the weekend for Thanksgiving week travel.
According to the TSA, more than 3 million people went through airport security between Friday and Sunday.
While that’s nowhere near the kind of traffic you see on a typical Thanksgiving weekend, it was the biggest air travel weekend since March.

Many health experts have urged Americans to cancel their Thanksgiving travel plans as COVID-19 numbers continue to spike.
