A Michigan couple woke up to a big surprise on Monday: There was a strange woman in their bed, sleeping right between them.
The Quincy Township couple says the 22-year-old woman broke into their home and climbed into bed with them at about 2 a.m. — and when they woke her up and asked her to leave, she refused, according to Michigan State Police. Apparently, the woman believed she was in her own house — although it’s unclear who she thought the strange people were.

Eventually, the couple convinced her to leave and the woman drove off — but she didn’t get far. State troopers found her on the side of the road, where she was arrested for home invasion and drunken disorderly conduct, court records indicate.
For her part, the unidentified woman says she has no recollection of being in the couple’s house, according to police.
