An Oregon man is in custody after rigging a series of traps that ended up wounding an FBI agent. The traps included spike stripes and tripwire that made a large, circular hot tub roll towards the victim like a boulder. After entering the home, an agent encountered a booby-trapped wheelchair that used fishing line to trigger a blast that sent shotgun pellets into the agent’s leg. The man behind the traps, 66-year-old Gregory Rodvelt, had been ordered to leave the property after allegedly abusing his elderly mother.
