The food being served to players at the so-called “NBA Bubble” in Orlando might not exactly make you jealous – or hungry. Troy Daniels of the Denver Nuggets posted some pics of his first meal at the Disney World Complex in Florida. People quickly responded with jokes comparing the food to what you get served on an airplane.
Comments included:
- “Is Spirit Airlines catering the NBA bubble??”
- Others compared it to the failed Fyre Festival.
- “Fyre Fest 2.0 in the NBA’s bubble. Documentaries will be made.”
- “NBA players bodies gotta train AND fight COVID on a dinner of green salad and watermelon. Adam Silver a slumlord.”
The NBA's bubble food is already drawing Fyre Fest comparisons, but it's supposed to improve after isolation 😬
