If life is too crazy to find time for a hardcore workout 60 or 90 minutes every day, there’s no need to panic.
Just 11 minutes of exercise a day can help you live longer. Yes, 11.
That’s according to a new study from the Norwegian School of Sports Medicine.
People who work out an average of 35 minutes a day reap the biggest beneFITs, but even 11 minutes a day has a positive impact on health and fitness! Start small and build up over time – because you’re worth it! 🏃🏼♀️🏋️🧘🏼https://t.co/DlpPhNbtZj

Researchers say “moderate” exercise for those 11 minutes could include anything from a brisk walk to mowing the lawn. Coincidentally, I can do about 24 beer-can curls in 11 minutes.
It is important to note: The study did show that people who worked out 35 minutes a day did see the biggest health benefits, but at least 11 minutes a day did prove to be good as well.
