No one wants to sit next to a crying kid on a plane or apparently at a restaurant. Resturant owner Rudolf Markl banned children under the age of 14 from his spot Oma’s Küche. He said the no kids after 5 p.m. rule was a “long time coming” and was a result of bad behavior and inattentive and ignorant parents.
