That’s how much the top 26 Billionaires in the world own. How does that compare to the rest of us? The world’s richest people are getting richer by an estimated $2.5B every day while the rest of us are seeing our combined wealth shrink. According to an Oxfam International report released Monday, there are now a record 2,208 Billionaires around the globe – nearly double the number at the time of the global financial crisis of 2008. So how do we stack up against the richest of the rich? 3.8 billion of us would need to combine our wealth just to equal the top 26.
