Most people believe change is needed in law enforcement to help cut down on police brutality against Black Americans. That’s according to a new poll out Monday by USA TODAY. Some of the ideas for change include, more focus on violent crimes, cut off police department’s ability to buy military gear, and force officers to reapply for their jobs to help weed out bad cops. The new poll also shows many in favor of more training on de-escalation tactics.
