It’s been 6 years!
Finally, we have new music from X96 favorite Primus. Good news! It’s all the Primus it could possibly be. There’s even a full album coming out on September 27th called “The Desaturating Seven.” Huh. According to Metal Injection, the new record will be the band’s first since 1995’s Tales From The Punchbowl to feature the “classic” Primus lineup of bassist-vocalist Les Claypool with guitarist Larry LaLonde and drummer Tim Alexander. The album is based on a children’s book from the 70s called “The Rainbow Goblins” as the artwork illustrates.
Primus is on tour now, but sadly, there is no Salt Lake nor Utah date scheduled.
