‘SNL WEEKEND UPDATE’ RETURNS
If you’re not getting enough Donald Trump jokes in late night, you can turn to “Saturday Night Live: Weekend Update.” The half-hour show comes to prime time for a four-week run at 9 p.m. Thursday, August 10th on NBC. Colin Jost and Michael Che will anchor, and NBC promises other cast members will perform. Could we see Melissa McCarthy in a farewell as Sean Spicer? Alec Baldwin as Trump? Kate McKinnon as Kellyanne Conway, Betsy DeVos or Jeff Sessions? Conway just supplied material during an appearance on ABC’s “This Week.”
