Certain parts of Morgan County or Summit County that are threatened by a wildfire, are the only one’s who need evacuate their home immediately. False evacuation orders were sent because of a ‘glitch in the system. “Your residence has been placed in a ‘GO’ Status. EVACUATE NOW,” the alert read. “There was a glitch in the system when Summit County sent out their alert for Henefer,” Morgan County officials wrote in a Facebook post.

Firefighters aren’t only having to fight fires, they’re having to fight illegal drones which have grounded flights to helicopters, planes and more. Illegal drones causing these aircrafts flights being postponed, have made it harder to put these immense fires out. Spokane County Sheriff John Nowels said this week that his office had referred several cases involving drone operators to the FAA. “We are done playing games with this,” he said.
