25-Year-Old Dies After Plunging Off Cliff Trying to Get A Picture

A 25-year-old man near Page, Arizona has died after falling while trying to take a picture at the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

Police say the man was on top of the rim overlooking the Colorado River at the Glen Canyon Dam when he fell about 100 feet on Sunday.

Witnesses report he was climbing rocks to get a better view before he fell.

The Glen Canyon National Rec Area covers more than 1.25 million acres in Arizona and Utah.
