Escaped Cat Found After 3 Weeks Wandering Around JFK Airport

If only this kitty cat could talk…

A cat that escaped from its carrier while being loaded onto a flight bound for Italy was finally found – three weeks after being on the loose at New York’s JFK International Airport.

A nonprofit animal rescue group had to be given special clearance to search the tarmac and set up a humane trap to safely catch the feline.

The cat will now be put on another flight home to Italy.

Back in January, there was another cat caper at New York’s LaGuardia Airport when a cat that escaped at a security checkpoint spent 11 days hiding in the hub’s ceiling.
