Food delivery service Grubhub is being sued for allegedly listing more than 150,000 restaurants without their consent.
A lawsuit has been filed by two businesses who claim that Grubhub added them to the site and app without their permission. The businesses claim that they were being blamed for issues with deliveries that they did not know were happening.
According to the lawsuit, Grubhub would advise drivers to act like they were just customers picking up to-go orders.

The businesses suing claim that the inclusion to Grubhub without their consent hurts their business by listing wrong prices and incorrect menu items.
