  • Step 1: Relax your muscles, including those around your eyes.
  • Step 2: Implement breathing techniques. Breathe out and relax your chest, all the way down to your legs.
  • Step 3: Clear out your minds with the help of visualization.  Imagine you are in a calm, serene space.

Another option can be repeating these words for 10 seconds: ‘don’t think, don’t think, don’t think.’
