
Running short on time but still, want a beach body?
This new at home workout touts giving you a full body workout in just 20-minutes. Start with 5-minutes of light cardio (maybe walk around the block or up and down your stairs if you live in an apartment building). Then perform the next 5 exercises 3 times in a circuit:
Step 1- Goblet squats x15 reps
Step 2- Push Ups x12 reps
Step 3- Side Bridge x12 reps each side
Step 4- Gate Swing x15 reps
Step 5- Frog Crunch x15 reps, repeat x3
Step 6 – Cool Down
Repeat
