A Dutch TV station has captured footage of border patrol agents confiscating foil-wrapped sandwiches and other foods from British drivers crossing the border.

The reason? The Brexit – meat and dairy products are restricted now that the UK is no longer part of the European Union. EU officials say it’s to prevent
the spread of diseases like swine flu or Foot and Mouth Disease.
