So why am I talking about it? Because they are the Kardashian’s of the UK! Now, there have been some mixed messages floating around regarding a possible reunion between the warring Gallagher brothers, but Liam has decided to set the record straight. A few weeks ago a story came out saying that promoter MCD offered Oasis £20 million to take the stage at Ireland’s Slane Castle, the site of one of the British rockers’ last shows.
Responding to a question on Twitter about the rumors, the younger Gallagher tweeted, “No deal, no table, but like I’ve said before I’m ready to go.” Liam has been pretty consistent about a desire to put the group back together. Noel, on the other hand, has mostly stayed out of the fray, instead focusing on his solo band, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.
