If you are a Rage Against The Machine fan, then you probably won’t be surprised that Tom Morello is a big supporter of left-wing causes. So his recent statement against President Trump doesn’t come as much of a shock. When asked by the NME (a publication that rarely talks about anything aside from the Oasis guys) for his opinion on the first half of the Trump Administration, Morello calls the president “an abomination.” But the guitarist saves much of his criticism for the system itself, saying that it’s “broken” and causes the working class to suffer. Morello feels, “People should not be silent in their vocations,” and that they must stand up for what they believe because “That’s how the world changes.”
