It’s odd that Pirro’s team is acting like the victim’s while struggling to avoid the cases permanent dismissal, “Should the case be re-presented to a new grand jury based on newly discovered evidence, any reindictment of the case would not constitute harassment. Dismissal with prejudice is not necessary to protect the defendant from any future risk of prosecutorial overreach here.” Pirro contented with the court.

A 7-year-old boy from Nagoya was abandoned on Mt. Fuji after attempting to summit it with his dad. They were around station 6 out of 10 to reach the peak, and it’s not clear why he left his child. There was little over five hours to the top, and back to the station where he left his child. Luckily no harm came to his child, and officials told the father, “Even if it means having to give up on climbing the mountain together, leaving a child behind is unacceptable.”
