I was at Smith’s Marketplace yesterday getting some tomatoes and frozen hash browns. Walking in I noticed a car parked in a handicapped spot, idling, with no sticker, licence plate or indication they were entitled to park there. You don’t see this kind of brashness too often these days, which makes it even more infuriating when you do.
That’s why this video made me happy. Seems they handle this sort of infraction quite brilliantly in South America. This guy came out to his car covered in hundreds if not thousands of post-it notes with an officer laying a ticket on him to boot and a crowd giving him the Brazil Sound of Shame. At least, I think that’s the noise I am hearing.
