Why is this here? Because interval training and as apology to your body about all the shots of Fireball you did over the weekend causing you spend an extra 30 on the elliptical.

5. Red Hot Chili Peppers “Give It Away”

Good for cross training. Push-ups! Lunges! Jump rope! Monkey bars…wait, what? Give it away.

6. Green Day “Holiday/Boulevard of Broken Dreams”

Another good song for cross-training. Get your heart pumping and cool down to the second half of this combo from “American Idiot.”
