Judge Deals Blow To Bill Cosby In Criminal Case

A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday rejected entertainer Bill Cosby’s request to dismiss the only criminal charge against him and said comments the entertainer once made about an alleged sexual attack can be used by the prosecution in court. The ruling by Judge Steven O’Neill in the Philadelphia suburb of Montgomery County was a stinging defeat for Cosby’s defense to the aggravated indecent assault charge. The case may now go forward, with the next step a preliminary hearing to determine if the prosecution has enough evidence for a trial.

TAYLOR SWIFT SUSPICIOUS MAN ARRESTED OUTSIDE HOME

Cops swarmed to Taylor Swift’s L.A. home Wednesday afternoon when a suspicious looking man was seen wandering at the foot of her driveway. LAPD officers took the man, decked out in fatigues, into custody around 4 PM. Law enforcement sources tell us police got a call from someone in the neighborhood … reporting an individual lurking “around Taylor Swift’s house.” TMZ obtained shots of the man getting cuffed and placed in a police car. He didn’t put up a fight and showed no outward signs of violent behavior. It’s unclear if Taylor was home at the time. We’re told, after questioning the suspect … officers determined he needed evaluation at a hospital. He has not been booked for any crime at this point.

Kevin Smith’s daughter almost ‘kidnapped’ by fake Uber drivers

Kevin Smith‘s daughter Harley Quinn Smith had a terrifying experience while waiting for an Uber in Los Angeles recently. The 16-year-old actress says she was standing outside of a Starbucks in Brentwood, Calif., on Saturday when a large, beige car with two white men pulled up next to her. The men “tried to get me to think they were my Uber,” she wrote on Instagram, adding that the guys looked between 20 and 30 years old and had posted an Uber sign in the front window of the car.

On Tuesday, Amy Schumer looked a bloody mess on the set of “Inside Amy Schumer” in New York City. The comedian sported special-effects makeup around her neck so her head appears detached from her body once the skit airs. As if the gore on her neck weren’t enough, the 34-year-old was also spotted working an open wound on her thigh. While it’s unclear if Schumer shared a snap of her gruesome makeup with boyfriend Ben Hanisch, we’re certain he would have gushed over it either way. The furniture designer has taken to Instagram on multiple occasions to praise his famous gal pal since they went public with their romance.
