CBS has suspended sportscaster Greg Anthony after his arrest for allegedly soliciting a prostitute. Anthony was arrested Friday evening in Washington, D.C. The 47-year-old was arrested at 5:47 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Rhode Island Avenue NW.

A five-year-old U.K. kid who missed a friend’s birthday party at a ski and snowboard slope over Christmas break received a bill for $24 from the birthday boy’s family. The invoice was slipped into Alex Nash’s backpack at nursery school and brought home to his parents, who couldn’t believe it wasn’t a joke.

A flustered pensioner made an emergency call to police – because foxes were having ‘abnormally long sex’ in his garden. Peter Komoll, 68, from Berlin said he spotted the animals and worried they were in distress. He said: ‘I thought the animals had got stuck together and they might injure themselves permanently.
